Essential Skills:
1. Development and Administration of Portlets
2. Creation of Task Flows
3. Design Time, Run time creation and Management of Pages
4. Managing Content Repository connections and working with Content Data Controls
5. Development experience in Java/J2EE
6. Development experience in Jdeveloper
7. Development and admin exposure of Weblogic server
8. Understanding of unix concepts
9. Oracle Web Center Portal - version 11g
Desirable Skills:
1. Understanding and Implementation of Collaborations and People Connection Services
2. WCP Integration with Sharepoint.
