Role: BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST
Location: DURHAM, NC
Duration: 6 MONTHS
Responsible for business process analysis incl. business process mapping and modeling and defining the future state process design, requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation in a Business Requirements Document and Functional Design Specification (incl. all typical techniques and types of documentation, e.g. user stories, use cases, logical data model, conceptual user interface, etc.)
Demonstrate deep understanding of the business domain and drive for future state design that resolves current state issues following the business vision; Lead the conversation with the business customer to elicit and verify requirements; Apply appropriate BSA skills and processes; Prior experience specifying paremetrized letters and exposure to document management methods, processes, systems is desired
MS Office projects including MS Project, Testing Systems, Business Process Modeling Systems
