Skill Requirements:
Experience with automated acceptance testing, integration testing and performance testing Strong test planning
Ability to work in an agile environment
With hands on QA automation using new scripting and testing tools..
Tool experience - hands on with tools such as FitNesse, Soap UI, Winrunner, Load Runner, QTP, Selenium, etc.
Experience testing on multiple browsers; ex: Selenium WebDriver
3-4 years of automation development experience is a must
Hands-on knowledge/experience of TDD (Test Driven Development)
Hands-on knowledge/experience of building universal/generic automation testing frameworks not just recording & running the scripts
Quick problem solver – one who knows how to work around the issues/problems instead of just sticking with issues/problems
