Looking for Technical Leads for Middleware Project

Duration: 6 Months plus

Location: Mclean, VA

Interview mode:Face to face

The Middleware engineering organization is currently seeking  Middleware Engineers (CW) to support Middleware technologies, and act as primary interface between Operations, Architecture, Engineering and technical stakeholders. The hired candidate will work with the Development and Operations Team to provide strategic support for Middleware and SOA and provide middleware engineering solutions for multiple business critical applications

Responsibilities: 

• Support Operations and Development teams to resolve Oracle SOA Suite, WebLogic and Oracle Service bus issues. 

• Create Middleware engineering solutions including estimate for Hardware for Apache, Tomcat, WebLogic, WebMethod, MQ Series based applications. 

• Review design, development and implementation of critical SOA projects using best-of-breed technologies Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Service bus and WebLogic  experience 

• Development and Architecture/System Admin experience in Middleware products.  

• Deep technical skills in: Oracle Fusion middleware components like Oracle SOA suite, Oracle Service 

Experience in leading team in development, maintenance and monitoring of SOA services. 

Experience with Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Service bus, Oracle Entitlement Server, Enterprise Gateway, J2EE, WebLogic, Apache, Tomcat and JMS 
Leadership role in at least one full life-cycle SOA required.
Must have strong expertise in design and implementation of SOA based applications using J2EE/XML

Positions 2 - Technical Lead

Roles/Responsibilities:

 Performance bench marking. Define prototype infrastructure, components and test scenarios in order to perform load test of key SOA system components 

• Evaluate different infrastructure options and identify suitable solutions and recommendations. 

• Monitoring - Create SOA monitoring strategy, Implement Enterprise manager along with other tools and add alerts and Notifications for proactive monitoring

• Create strategy for reporting - Infrastructure activities and business activities.  

• Performance Requirements and complete sizing - Hardware, Storage, Software etc.    

• Finalize service Level Requirements for SOA production environments - Finalize Non-Functional requirements

• Provide Engineering Solutions - sample Implementations, install, configure, deploy, monitor, clustering, load balancing, failover and JMS implementations.

• Review new SOA applications business cases and identify appropriate usage of SOA products. 

• Finalize organization's strategic SOA technology priorities through the review and ratification.

Position 3: Technical Lead

Roles/Responsibilities

-Work on developing Middleware Self provisioning, Middleware Dashboard and Middleware 

decomissioning applications using Java, JSP, Servlet and Scripts.

- Create programs/internal web applications for Middleware using Java, JSP, Servlet and XML 

-  Support multiple projects and applications using Oracle SOA Suite and Oracle service bus. 

- Work with multiple development teams to trouble shoot SOA applications. 

- Perform SOA based application performance tuning 

- Develop Java programs and Scripts to support ongoing web applications. 

- Provide Middleware Engineering SOA Solutions and create SOA tools. 

- Create and Validate Build & Deployment Plan

- Finalize SOA security strategy and BSC requirements

- Fulfill SOA Knowledge gap

- Create Infrastructure strategy and Procurement for SOA applications. 

- Knowledge of Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle SOA Service bus, WebLogic, Tomcat, Apache
