Must Haves:
5-7 years of enterprise level C# .Net Development experience (.Net version 4.0 or 4.5)
SQL Server 2008/R2 experience—they will be working with HUGE data stores
Need to know how to work with stored procedures/database performance improvement
Developing web services from scratch
Experience working on an integration project- Example: working with a merger integrating two systems together
They need to be able to debug their own code- The group doesn't have a QA team so they have to be 90% accurate on their codes
