Job Description
Expertise in designing and implementing highly available components using Apache and C/C++.
Expert knowledge of Apache internals (Apache Portable Runtime) and module development experience needed.
Strong programming experience in C/C++ and XML parsing is a must.
Familiarity with Oracle Solaris Studio and Apache Workbench is desired.
Experience in communication protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, and Sockets).
Proficiency in using debugging tools such as dbx, gdb, and dtrace scripts.
Experience in analyzing core dumps to find the root cause and detecting memory leaks.
Knowledge of Linux (32 and 64bit) and Solaris (Sparc and x86) development.
Experience with distributed memory object caching systems such as memcached and redis is a plus.
Knowledge of Atlassian toolset (JIRA, Fisheye, Bamboo, Confluence). Maven and SVN.
Familiarity with Agile Software Development Methodology.
