This position is ideal for somenoe who is fresh out of college with a bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science or for someone with 0-24 months experience in QA.

The client is looking for a resource with a passion to grow in the QA Automation area.

They will be training the resource on automation tools like HP QTP, BPT and Quality Center etc.

The resource must have excellent communication skills.

Provides support to end users on a variety of issues.

Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.

May require an associate's degree in a related area and 3-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support. Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.

Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of others.

Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Should be go getter with good communication skills
