Job Title : Business Analyst with American Express Experienced
Location : Phoenix, AZ.

Required:-
•           BSA with prior Amex experience (MUST), who is well versed in Agile and Waterfall methodology and must work.
•           Amex experienced E2E BSA proficient in eliciting requirements from the Business stakeholders and converting them into technical requirements for the development Team
•           BSA should co-ordinate with multiple teams , build strategic relationships with them to get the work completed on time
•           BSA must have has solid work experience on AGILE and Waterfall methodologies
•           BSA must be a self-starter and go-getter rather than wait for directions from Management for getting the tasks completed
•           No virtual or remote location allowed.
•           This BSA must be well organized and have good communication skills.
•           Excellent understanding of the software development life cycles and the BSA role in them
•           Strong understanding of business requirements and translation of those to technical needs
•           The candidate must have at least 1 year minimum work experience at Amex.

* Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all management levels
* Leads others toward technical accomplishments and collaborative project team efforts
* Strong written communications, including technical writing
* Strong analytical and conceptual skills

Desired:-
6-7+ Years of IT experience.
Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment
Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Good communication and team collaboration skills
