Siebel Project Manager/ Siebel Functional Architect

·         Must have strong Siebel CRM Solution Knowledge

o   Must be able to able to drive requirements workshop sessions

o   Must be able perform functional and technical gap assessment between "as-is" and "to-be" requirements

o   Must be able to provide solution guidance and technical options

o   Must be able to provide holistic view of the solution across Configuration, Data Conversion, Integration and Reports

·         Must have an understanding of the Retail industry

·         Must have a good understanding of Siebel Loyalty and Marketing (Campaign Management)

·         Must have strong capability to engage the customer, both on Technology and Functionality

·         Should have experience in working in a multi vendor, onsite-offshore engagement

·         Must have strong written and verbal communication skills

Siebel Technical Lead

·         Mandatory to have strong knowledge on Siebel CRM Technical architecture

·         Should have expertise in designing Siebel solution

·         Must have experience in direct customer interactions

·         Must have strong skills in Siebel EAI and will have to be hands on

·         Very good understanding of the Siebel Data Model

·         Should be familiar with performance optimization and performance tuning of Siebel system

·         Must be familiar with industry practices in Integration

·         Must be familiar with Siebel Loyalty and Siebel Marketing

·         Understanding of the Retail industry is an added plus
