Testing telephony applications,
Contact center systems knowledge
Creation of Test plan, Test strategy, Test scripts for functional & Regression Testing
Testing grammars, vocab prompts and mid-tier transactions
Test Execution and defect management
Experience in Hammer testing tool is preferable
