Requirements:
Create mockups, storyboards, screen sketches, workflows
Create working prototypes to prove functionality, compatibility
Translate designs into HTML based prototypes or web sites
Maintain a single reusable library of CSS, jQuery, etc. for use across multiple applications and multiple releases.
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be self motivated – roadblocks do not stop you from completing your task.
Work with multiple groups globally – designers, analysts, development, architects, QA, project management, infrastructure, deployment, etc.
Good communication skills, both written and oral, are required.

Experience developing web applications with HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, JQM, JQ UI is required
Photoshop design skills are required
Knowledge of cross browser compatibility is critical.
Use of UI Debugging tools such as Firebug, YSlow, Web Developer Tools, etc.
Visual Studio.NET 3.0/3.5/4.0 IDE, ASP.Net, C#.Net is a BIG Plus
Experience using MVC design pattern, ASP.Net MVC Framework, Razor, and/or MVVM design pattern a plus.
Other JavaScript libraries like Knockout, Bootstrap, Modernizr, ExtJS, AngularJS, Backbone, Ember, Handlebars, Dojo, MooTools, Prototype, etc. is a plus
SQL including MS SQL Server TSQL, DB2, stored procedures.
Visual Source Safe or TFS a plus, Agile Development experience preferred
Data validation, web analytics, and performance testing experience is nice to have, but not necessary.
