 Client is in need of a PeopleSoft Inventory and Purchasing/ePro Functional Analyst to provide support for their upgrade to PeopleSoft Release 9.2. This resource will be expected to demonstrate product functionality, conduct/document business process requirements and design workshops, author specification documents, drive configuration and application security decisions, develop/document test conditions, scenarios, and scripts, conduct functional and integration testing, develop training materials and provide knowledge transfer. Additionally, the resource will be expected to be the lead analyst on a parallel initiative to implement PeopleSoft Mobile Inventory Management at our location in IL. This position requires a high level of facilitation and collaboration skills as well as application knowledge. This resource may be expected to travel to our facility in IL (approximately 4 weeks over the duration of the project).

•             Blanket Purchase Orders

•             3-Way and 4-Way Match

•             Stock and Location Replenishment

•             Month End Reconciliation and Accounting

•             Par Inventory

•             Putaway

•             Backorder Management

•             Replenishment (with deep understanding on the integration between Inventory and Purchasing)

•             Quality Assurance

•             Item Management

•             Material Stock Requests

•             Consignment

•             Cycle Counts and Physical Inventory

•             Solid Experience with the following PeopleTools:

•             Query

•             Crystal Reports

•             Familiarity with Portal Technology and Workflow

•             Strong SQL skills

•             Ability to work independently to troubleshoot and resolve complex functional issues
