Description:
- 5-8 years of experience as DB2 DBA mainly in production environments
- DB2 DBA with strong skills in ANSI and Oracle SQL
- Exposure in migration from DB2 to Oracle
- DBMS software installation, upgrades and patching
- Knowledge of PL/SQL, DB2 SQL PL
- Experience of working on DB2 utilities like db2move, db2look, etc.
- Consult, configure, and manage DBMS special features, such as Replication, Federation and Auditing
- Exposure to Oracle Golden Gate for DB2 experience is a plus.
- Hands on experience in Backup and restore of the databases
- Experience in Performance tuning & optimization
