Role: QA Lead
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Duration: 12 Months
• Must have Lead experience on an Automated team.
• Must have strong automation experience – including setting up automation frameworks.
• Must have very good comm skills
• Must have strong automation experience. Be prepared to speak to your automated experience (QTP, Selenium and any other tools you have experience with). Also be prepared to answer technical questions in these areas.
• Must have strong experience testing in an agile environment. Be prepared to speak to your experience in working in Agile environments/on Agile projects.
• Must have excellent communication skills and people skills. Communication skills are very important, so ensure you work to speak clearly and concisely. If you feel yourself speaking or running through something too quickly, pause recollect your thoughts and slow down.
• Must have strong Lead/Architect level experience. Think about Lead/Architect experience and be prepared to have some specific examples/taking points around this.
• Be prepared to speak to your experience with other QA tools (such as defect tracking, etc…).
Qualifications
• Experience with Agile/Scrum is required
• Other experience must include data analysis, system analysis and problem solving; gathering of business requirements and translating into User Stories
• Ability to learn business quickly and translate into requirements, test cases
• Experience with Automated Testing and associated tools (HP QTP, Selenium, TFS Coded UI) is essentail
• Ability to create SQL Statements
• Detailed understanding of Web Services
• Experience with C#/.Net/VBScript is a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS, MTM, unit testing, lab management, other features)
• Strong communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work as a contributing member of a team
• Efficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, Project, Visio)
• B.S. Degree, Computer Science, MIS or related work experience
