Job Title: Application/Data Analyst with Health care exp.
Location: Addison, TX
Exp. Level: 6+ years
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6+ months
Rate: $45/Hr. c2c
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years of healthcare IT software experience
- Good Experience in GE Centricity EMR. Experience / Exposure in other EMR’s is a plus
- Ability to work within cross-functional teams throughout full lifecycle implementation and upgrade
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity
- Strong project management background, good exposure to Ambulatory, clinical modules with, training skills and have experience supporting Hospital / physician offices through go-live
- Strong communication skills, documentation skills and the ability to work both independently and with groups are requirements
- Ability to Lead and Manage teams for complex assignments
- Analyze complex problems to be solved with automated systems. With an in-depth understanding of the system and the potential functionality, make suggestions for process improvements and modifications to the system based on the findings and criteria of the users
- Review & Create specifications for systems to meet Business requirements
- Interface with the clients to build confidence, participate in discussions , Analyze & come up with proactive solutions is a big plus
