 Required Skills & Experience

 

• UML Use Case Development XML Requirements Gathering

• Solid understanding of mainstream ITIL technologies

• Proven involvement in full life cycle of the software process

• Experience in eliciting and analyzing business requirements

• Should able to come up with robust requirement approach for incident/Change Management phase of the system by analyzing existing requirements and functionality.

• Able to work on multiple releases at a time

• Proven ability to produce detail software requirements

• Excellent interpersonal skills and highly experienced at dealing with clients/vendors at all levels, singly and in groups

 

Desired Skills & Years of Experience

 

• Technical experience: 4-8 years

• Understanding of distributed systems architecture

• Experience in analyzing of information systems

• Talent for analyzing problems and finding solutions

• Good understanding of ITIL

• Ability to recognize potential assignments outside own areas of specialization and apply appropriate technology related expertise as necessary

• Ability to work on multiple tasks while maintaining high quality standards

• Educated to at least degree/post graduate level in a computing/software/technology related subject, or equivalent
