Position: Business analyst/ Testers

Location: Madison, WI

Duration: 2 years

 3-years of business process reengineering experience, preferably in ERP applications, is required.

Role & Responsibilities:

·         Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs/requirements; experienced with business process reengineering and identifying new applications of technology to business problems to make business more effective. 

·         Familiar with industry standards, current and emerging technologies, and business process mapping, and reengineering. 

·         Works with end-users to map out processes, make changes to existing activities to the desired Workday processes, assist with testing and validation of new processes to ensure business needs have been addressed.

·         Depending on issues, may have to provide support to the Change Management  Manager and Team, as a "Change Agent", with documentation and training to assist in migrating our users to the new environment.

·         Defines test plans, test scenarios, as well as conduct testing and resolve testing issues.  

·         Assist Madison College in assessing whether Workday processes and solutions meet business requirements so that the College can function post-implementation without bugs or issues.
