Responsibilities:
· Previous production support in 7x24 operations
· Experienced with IBM Business Process Manager (BPM)
· Experience with IBM middleware technology like Websphere Process Server(WPS) and Websphere Enterprise Service Bus(ESB)
· Experience with Linux, AIX, UNIX, and Windows operating systems environments
· Experience with Python, Perl, Java, SQL, Oracle,
· NAS and NFS
· F5 / LTM, Web services, XML
· Strong analytical skills
· Knowledge of ITIL disciplines (ex. Incident Management)
· Ability to remain calm under pressure or through demanding challenges & customers
· Good team player
General Job Duties and Responsibilities:
· Troubleshoot application and infrastructure problems and events
· Maintain and enhance (via documentation) client knowledge base system
· Communicate to team members and customers regarding status of tickets
· Will work with other client technical teams as well as third party suppliers in problem resolution
Mandate:
Previous production support in 7x24 operations
