PEOPLESOFT HRMS - FUNCTIONAL

ST. Paul, MN

Duration: 6-12 months     

 

The Agency is hereby seeking an experienced Functional HRMS to study the current Payroll system, capture project requirements, execute fit/gap analysis, and assist the Project Manager with project implementation as described above. EXCELLENT COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS REQUIRED

 

The objectives of the project are to:

 

a)     Upgrade to a currently supported version of Oracle/PeopleSoft HRMS (version 9.2).

b)     Obtain new functionality from the delivered enhancements of version 9.2.

 

 

Required minimum qualifications of proposed consultant(s):

Years of experience

List projects where experience gained or skills used
  • Three (3) years experience with Oracle/PeopleSoft implementation projects.

 
  • One successful project experience with either version HRMS 9.0 or more current;

 
  • One implementation in the particular business area the individual is being proposed for (North American Payroll) for clients of comparable size and complexity.

 
  • Preferred PeopleSoft implementation experience includes: public sector, large employer (greater than 10,000 employees) multiple union contracts/compensation plans, multiple employment records, and heavy customizations
