Title: Oracle DBA
Location: San Ramon, CA
Duration: 6+ Months
Rate: $45/hr on C2C
* 4-6 years' experience as Oracle DBA Standalone as well as RAC databases
* Should have Golden gate experience
* Should know expdp/impdp, How to set up dbms_jobs.
* Database Monitoring, Troubleshooting, Monitoring alert,24*7 work environment
* Plan and execute database major and minor upgrades including security patches.
* Monitor and optimize the performance of databases
* Database object Maintenance activities. Index rebuilding, Anaylze tables
* AWR/ADDM reports
* Database performance Tuning, Sql tuning
* Participate for 24x7 operations and supports of production databases
* Good written and oral communication skills
* Monitoring and troubleshooting Performance of database
* Should be open to provide on Call Support for critical issues
* Should have strong experience in Performance tuning & Query optimization
* Unix knowledge
* Experience to support live/production environment
