• ITIL experience, working with Incident, Change, and Problem Management
• Experience with Demand Management
• Experience managing external teams (vendors)
• Experience Managing a virtual team (multiple locations)
• Experience with Project Management
• Communication Skills both written and verbal
• Strong team player
