Certified Scrum Master
3+ years project management experience
2+ years of Scrum Master experience
Thorough understanding of Agile development methodologies, values, procedures
Ability to coach the team to reach their highest potential
Strong motivator and team facilitator
Ability to understand technical issues
Collaborative approach to decision making
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse personality types
Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills
Ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization
Proven ability to work independently with limited supervision and with other department colleagues
Self-motivated, creative and efficient in proposing solutions to complex, time-critical problems
Ability to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities
