Job Description: · 24/7 site application and technical support of CAMSTAR MES (Manufacturing Execution System) implementation - MES Core, Historian, Scheduler, and Material management and middleware (TIBCO, BizTalk). · Provide subject matter expertise in CAMSTAR MES functionality and configuration and middleware (TIBCO, BizTalk). · Responsibilities include system monitoring, troubleshooting, problem resolution, development and change management to the MES/HMI system and middleware. · Provide support for systems interfaces. · Provide support for integration technologies (eg. TIBCO, BizTalk\) and processes. · Day to day communication and coordination with the customer and a global support team. · Assist with and contribute to comprehensive Metrics Tracking (Ticket Details, Service Level Tracking, Resource Utilization, Uptime/Downtime). b Best Regards
