Genesys IVR Engineer
San Diego, CA
6+Months Contract
Job Description:
• Genesys IVR Voice Portal application development (3-5 years)
• Experience in implementing applications using Java and Java EE technologies.
• Expertise in implementing web services client using XML-based protocols such as SOAP and HTTP using XML artifacts with Web Service definition Language (WSDL).
• Used one or more of the application servers like Weblogic, WebSphere, JBoss and Tomcat servers based on the client requirement and project specifications.
• Proficient in OOAD Technologies developing Use Cases, Activity diagrams, Sequence Diagrams and class diagrams using case tools like Microsoft Visio and UML.
• Experiences using SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) architecture and Agile Methodology.
• Strong knowledge of project architecture
• Expertise in interacting with business users, understanding the requirement and providing solutions to match their requirement
Responsibilities:
Contractor will participate in the design, development and deployment of the SDG&E IVR application used by the Customer Contact Center.
