JOB TITLE: Systems Engineer

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide an optimal Level 3 support for Clientl software, operating systems, and hardware; as well as interfacing with development and the hardware vendors. Utilizing superior customer service skills and advanced Cardinal product knowledge to resolve customer issues.

SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Interact well with all levels of management, and cross multiple teams
• Develop and implement technical solutions based on defined business requirements
• Identify technical environment issues and recommend solutions to mitigate problems
• Perform analytical, technical and administrative work in the planning, design and installation of new and existing computer systems
• Test and certify new software and hardware technologies for use in client environment

Skills: WebSphere Application Server; Java

3-5 must haves:
- 3+ years WebSphere application server administration.
- Performed build and run support of WebSphere
- Support of WebSphere version 8+
- Configured listener ports, jdbc connections, queue connection factories, and other container components and have ability to troubleshoot issues with them.


POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Education or equivalent: BS in computer or related field.
