EXPOSURE NEEDED IN
• Experience with scalability
• Understanding of the performance of each page within the site
• Understanding of security issues and what problems the domains may have
• Expert understanding of the correct way the websites are built
• Experience in working with high volume web applications
• Leadership abilities – must be able to take the lead on a high level approach, be part of design review, sit in front of white boards, and work with a team of developers reviewing code and be able to guide them on how things fit together
