Role: Peoplesoft ELM 9.2

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Sacramento, CA

MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS

The Contractor shall demonstrate core competencies in PeopleSoft Enterprise Applications, specifically PeopleSoft HR and PeopleSoft Enterprise Learning Management (ELM).

Contractor must possess a minimum of five (5) years relevant experience in PeopleSoft HCM, of which two (2) occurred within the last five (5) years and include the following:

·         Contractor must be an Oracle Certified Partner in PeopleSoft HCM and/or PeopleSoft ELM.

·         Contractor must have five (5) years’ experience in leading clients through analysis, design, configuration, development, implementation and production support of PeopleSoft ELM with integration on multiple PeopleSoft Enterprise Software; including HCM and Financials.

·         Contractor must have five (5) years’ experience with PeopleSoft installed on a Windows/SQL infrastructure.

·         Contractor must have three (3) years of working knowledge of PeopleSoft Version 9.0 or better including, but not limited to, the ability to perform independently in order to accomplish the tasks described in this Agreement.

·         Contractor must have one (1) year Project Management experience on a government technology project over $250,000. Project Manager must be certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP).

·         Contractor must have two (2) years’ experience providing both stand-up and hands-on training in PeopleSoft, including instructional design and business analysis.

·         Contractor must have two (2) years’ experience leveraging Oracle User Productivity Kit (Oracle UPK) as a training tool for end users.

·         Contractor must have one (1) year experience implementing PeopleSoft Interaction Hub, formally PeopleSoft Portal.

Phase 1 – PeopleSoft ELM 9.2 Implementation by August 4, 2014

Phase 2 – PeopleSoft ELM Implementation Interaction Hub by December 31, 2014

PeopleSoft ELM 9.2 System Design and Development

·         System design and development in accordance with SDLC best practices

·         Develop interface of PeopleSoft ELM 9.2 between other PeopleSoft  Enterprise applications, including Financials and HCM

PeopleSoft ELM User Acceptance Testing

·         Develop test plan, test cases, and test scenarios for the PeopleSoft  ELM requirements identified in the PeopleSoft ELM Requirements Specification

·         Conduct all development-oriented test processes and to assist the Department of Technology with the acceptance testing process

·         Facilitate acceptance testing during Department of Technology’s execution of the User Acceptance Test Plan

·         PeopleSoft ELM User Acceptance Test Plan with updated traceability matrix

PeopleSoft ELM Training

PeopleSoft ELM 9.2 Training Plan:

·         Develop and provide the Train-the-Trainer for up to twelve (12) state staff in the use and support of PeopleSoft ELM 9.2 using Oracle User Productivity Kit (UPK) as a training and documentation tool.

·         Prepare and deliver technical and troubleshooting documentation

·         Project Documentation on software configuration, including a troubleshooting manual, and other knowledge transfer documents

PeopleSoft ELM 9.2 Production Implementation

·         Support Department of Technology technical staff during the building, tests, and implementation of PeopleSoft ELM Version 9.2. Support shall be provided during normal business hours, however the Department of Technology reserves the right to request support on a minimal and incidental basis after normal business hours, including weekends and State holidays at a fixed hourly rate provided by the contractor.

PeopleSoft ELM 9.2 Post Implementation Support

·         Provide sixty (60) days of post implementation support, including patches, configurations, and other troubleshooting related support to Department of Technology staff. Support shall be provided during normal business hours, however the Department of Technology reserves the right to request support on a minimal and incidental basis after normal business hours, including weekends and State holidays at a fixed hourly rate provided by the contractor.
