Hello Partners,

We are looking for Sr. Linux System Admin with SAN for one of our client at Elk Grove, CA. Please let me know your interest.

Sr. Linux System Admin with SAN

Location:  Elk Grove, CA

Duration: 6-12 months

Local Candidate preferred.

Requirements:

·         7+  years Linux  system administration in a large environment (1,000+ hosts)

·         Mid to High range of  SAN experience with some or all of FC, SCSI, NFS, FCIP, preferably in IBM DCS3700 , IBM V7000Unified storages.

·         Deep and current knowledge of the Linux platform

·         VMware, KVM, or Xen virtualization

·         Strong TCP/IP knowledge

·         Experience in configuring Fiber switches like Brocade, Qlogic.

·         Exceptional communication skills

·         Strong team player with high degree of flexibility

·         Experience with system automation

·         System scripting capabilities with one or more of the following: Perl, Python, Ruby, shell

·         Must be willing and able to travel domestically (minimal)

·         Configuration management with Puppet or Chef
