• Help with analysis of migration from existing on premise and hosted mail environments to Office 365.

• Proven design, planning and implementation experience with Office 365

• Proven design, planning and implementation experience with Microsoft Exchange 2010/2013 ,MS Lync Voice and Active Directory, ADFS, Directory synchronization

• Design, planning and implementation experience with Windows Server technologies

 • Experience with Microsoft Azure or other hosting technologies a plus

• Experience in other messaging solutions such as anti-virus/anti-spam appliances and or applications, archiving solutions, backup solutions, mobility solutions or real-time collaboration solutions a plus

• Project management and methodology skills a plus

• Strong customer relationship skills and willingness to lead customers through successful challenging projects
