Position: SharePoint Tech Lead
Location: Morristown, NJ

Job Description:
Extensive hands on experience developing SharePoint applications from the ground up, including experience with SharePoint 2007/10 and SQL Server 2005/8.
Strong understanding of SharePoint 2010 and SQL Server 2008 structures, theories, principles, and practices
Knowledge or Experience in SharePoint 2013 will be good add-on.
Strong leadership skills and Hands on experience in handling a team of at least 5-6 developers.
Strong programming skills in website development in a Microsoft environment
Strong understanding of Systems Engineering concepts and practices
Strong understanding of Design Patterns and Object Oriented Programming
Previous experience of troubleshooting application-related problems
Must possess problem-solving and debugging skills. Ability to multi-task
Must be able to work independently and in a team ( with local and remote teams )
Required Technical Skill Set:
Desired Experience Range:
10 + years of IT experience ( 8+ in SharePoint )
Good-to-Have:
Understanding of project support methodologies is preferred.
