Position: Java Scrum Master

Location: San Ramon, CA

Duration: 12+ Months

Mandatory Skills

·         Good hold on technology i.e. Core JAVA, J2EE, SOA, Strong DB experience (Oracle or any other open source DB)

·         Project management using Agile-SCRUM,

·         Onsite co-ordination and Good communication skills with client handling abilities

Desired Skills

·         Healthcare IT experience (HL7 v3, CCDA, MU2)

·         Solution architecture and conceptualization

·         Experience with ESBs

·         Experience with cloud computing

·         Understanding of the HTML5 and relevant technologies

·         Understanding of the healthcare quality measure and reporting

Job Responsibilities

·         Play a role of project lead / scrum master.

·         Manage backlog items and lead sprint planning.

·         Overall project management using Agile –scrum.

·         Provide technology leadership to the team.

·         Co-ordinate closely with client team and stakeholders and pass on the vision to offshore team

Experience Level in Years

·         Minimum 7 years professional experience in assessing and  architecting solutions on Java technology
