For delivery of MVNO:
We need BSCS iX R3 or R4 SA/SI skills:
Knowledge of Rating Chain of BSCS (PRIH, RIH, RLH, PX)
Knowledge of Billing Chain of BSCS (MI, BCH, BGH, Free Units and Price Plan)
Knowledge of wholesale billing: Interconnect, MVNE, roaming, Partner Management
Resources administration: RA module for SIM card / IMSI
Mediation: EMM8 for interfacing with MVNO retail Billing system
Knowledge of BSCS APIs for customer care: SOI and webservice
