IFinite Solutions is ITSM and Technology Solution provider based out of Parsippany, NJ. Seeking for a Oracle Functional Consultant at Kalamazoo, MI for 12 months contract.If you are having any profiles for the below requirement kindly forward it to me along with their contact details.
Responsibilities:
• To participate actively in the implementation of the Oracle ERP project in the specific area of competency
• Provide solution, processes and application expertise and knowledge from requirements/design through to implementation
• To Conduct the solution confirmation activities and the fit/gap analysis, identify key gaps and ensure that the foot print and design meets the local requirements
• Ensure the integration between the project team, Support team and the business community
• Maintain the design model during the program implementation, implement approved enhancements and support the rollout
• Ensure design fits with current requirements and future business direction
• Act as communication focal point with the countries and the divisions for design and process improvement opportunities
• Ensure processes consistency
• Assist in facilitating change leadership interventions within process area
• Ensure timely issue identification, resolution, and appropriate escalation
• Participate in status review meetings and provide timely feedback to team
• To communicate the functional and processes requirements to the development team by developing and maintaining design/technical documents.
• To run functional and integration testing
• Reduce our dependency on consultants, in the application area, through an efficient knowledge transfer process.
Requried Skills:
• Required 8-10 years of professional experience in systems implementation
• Required 5-8 years of Oracle EBS implementations
• Previous proven experience in Oracle e-Business Implementation in the following modules: Inventory, Order Management, Advanced Pricing, and Purchasing. Oracle r12 is a must.
• MSc/BSc degree in Business or IT
• Functional knowledge of ERP and business knowledge in the Customer Service area namely Oracle Order Management and Oracle Advanced Pricing, other areas are a plus
• Oracle knowledge on multi-national cross-country implementations are plus.
• Technical knowledge of ERP, a plus.
