Description:

• Codes software applications to adhere to designs supporting internal business requirements or external customers.
• Standardizes the quality assurance procedure for software.
• Oversees testing and develops fixes.
• May require a bachelors degree in a related area and at least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Has knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks.
• May lead and direct the work of others.
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude required.
• Typically reports to a project leader or manager.

Required Skills:

• Client are currently looking for a Websphere InterChange Server Analyst /Developer to work in an on-site support role at the client site.
• The detailed job description consists of performing typical support activities focusing on Websphere interfaces with other in-house applications.
• Websphere WPS skills a plus.

The skills required are:

• Conduct troubleshooting / analysis and resolution of production break/fix issues
• Prototyping / demonstration of resolution
• System enhancements when required
• Document changes
• Unit testing
• Creation of detailed functional specifications for new development
• Integration testing (assisting in scenario development and execution)

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of Websphere InterChange Server experience in a support environment
• Strong Analytical skills
• Ability to work with Users to translate and amp;amp;amp; analyze the issue
• Ability to work independently with little supervision
• Team player and positive attitude
• Ability to manage tight timelines
• Good oral and written communication skill
• Ability to create testing scripts and performing end to end testing
