Lead Microsoft-SharePoint Developer

We are looking for someone with experience developing Microsoft SharePoint based web solution using SharePoint 2007 / 2010 / 2013, Visual Studio, and C#. 

Person will be responsible for implementing custom workflow, collaboration, and document management solutions in Microsoft SharePoint Server using a combination of SharePoint Designer and SharePoint built-in functionality, and custom web parts. 

Knowledge of troubleshooting, maintenance of the SharePoint applications and servers in the SharePoint farm is also desired, we are looking for a Senior SharePoint Developer.  

The SharePoint Developer must have:

•       Experience in developing application solutions for SharePoint. Collaboration with others to design and implement solutions that provide long term scalability, reliability, and performance.

•       Ability to work with users and technical staff in team-oriented environments.

•       Focus is on development functions, but must have SharePoint troubleshooting and administration experience as well.

•       Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills including the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel.

Other Skills for the SharePoint Developer include:

•       Must have strong SharePoint 2010 development experience, SharePoint 2013 experience a plus    

•       Experience in Solutions development using SharePoint Designerequired.

•       Experience in SharePoint development using Visual Studio highly desired.

•       Experience in Workflow development using SharePoint Designer required.

•       Experience in Workflow development using Visual Studio highly desired.

•       Knowledge and Experience of InfoPath Forms development required.

•       Knowledge and Experience of JavaScript / jQuery, CSS, XHTML, XSLT and basic web design skills required.

•       Matured understanding of entire development process, including specification, documentation,  quality assurance and  AML (application management lifecycle) highly desired.

•       Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited university

•       Minimum 7 years experience in software development industry is must

•       Ability to work in fast-paced environment with many software releases

•       Quick learner in order to leverage new tools, languages, platforms

•       Must have worked in Global environemnt with  Onsite-Offshore team
