Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills
• 7+ years of overall experience in the field of System Administration, Application Support & Technical Support in windows tech stack.
• Having experience in Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2003, Windows 7 and XP. Windows Cluster and Print Services
• Resolved all system related issue with help from Netop Guest
• 4+ years of production support( Level2/ 3) and hands on experience
• 3+ Years of Onsite cusotmer management experience
• Technical team management experience including offshore team members
• Deep understanding of deployments in windows env. and deployment experience
• Excellent personal communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Core Competencies
Operating Systems :
Windows 7/Vista/XP/2000/NT/XP, Linux, UNIX and MS Dos.
VMware ESX/ ESXi 4.0 and VMware ESXi 5.0.
Microsoft Server : Windows Server 2008 & Windows Server 2003
Languages : C, C++, SQL and JavaScript.
