Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills "1. Hands-on experience with TIBCO Business Works, Enterprise Messaging Service, Business Events etc
2. Strong communication skills with team lead capabilities to provide technical leadership during incidents and client communciations
3. Mastery of principles and their application to TIBCO products
4. Total Architecture synthesis methodology - Working understanding of how all TIBCO products fit together
5. Provide Prod Support to mission critical applications
6. Own Unit testing, support system testing and scenario testing to ensure business functionality requirements are met
7. Guide associates to create implementation plans and coordinate moving of the code to production
8. Experience in building web services using TIBCO platform
9. Experience in TIBCO Business Connect, TIBCO RV and TIBCO Hawk"
