• Unix administrative experience
• Experience in a Health Care business environment.
• Experience with Medicaid regulations and business processes.
• Gather requirements from a client to ensure HP can provide the appropriate system or level of service to meet business needs.
• Experience in gathering client requirements to develop / define system scope.
• Experience in using client requirements to develop business design solutions.
• Defines scope, plans, and deliverables for assigned projects
• Collects, identifies, defines, and organizes detailed user and information technology requirements
• Identifies and resolves business and/or technical problem • Experience in creating system documentation
