Roles & Responsibilities:

•     Coordination

o    Responsible for co-ordination between various programs and projects

•     Management and control

o    Oversees the activities in projects from Planning phase to designing and development the project till the production

o    Participate in requirement  and deployment planning

o    Plan and prepare and finalize the project plan, effort estimate and delivery schedule

o    Responsible for overall delivery (time, cost, quality) for the product deliverables

o    Ownership for generation of knowledge management artifacts

o    Responsible different risk management strategies

o    Define resources and the schedule for the implementation of the program

o    Track project timelines

o    Responsible to detect and solve project issues effectively

o    Supervise the project engineering team and managing conflicts within the different departments

o    Responsible for team assessment and evaluation

o    Identify areas for internal improvement and developing plans for implementing them

•     Process compliance

o    Responsible to comply with company standards and procedures across projects

•     Responsible to comply to client process and suggest improvements

•     Identify and implementation of Value Adds

•     optimize resource utilization

•     Reporting

o    Communication and coordination and reporting with all stakeholders (internal and external) for the product line

o    Status reporting
