Work effectively across LOBs and establish strong relationships with key functional stakeholders (Card services, Mortgage, Consumer/Business services. Student/Auto Loan, etc).
Perform data analysis in support of BI projects and operational needs, including working with applications teams to determine the impact of source system changes to the BI ecosystem.
Translates high-level business requirements into function specifications for development or application evaluation and develops process designs to support business solutions and clarify business requirements and use cases.
