Here is the JD:

Position: HP Service Manager (L3)

Location : Dallas, TX

Duration : 6 months / FTE

·         Designation HPSM – L3

·         Job Description HP Service Management:

·         Administration and configuration of HPSM modules

·         Identify the configuration, customization and conversions required to meet the project objectives

·         Able to design and implement the technical solution

·         Produce the technical deliverables identified in the project schedule

·         Knowledge of customization / enhancements

·         Integration with 3rd party tools

·         Require workflow data modeling

 Desired Profile

·         HPSM – L3 Require extensive knowledge about HP Service Manager modules and architecture

·         Expertise in HPSM tailoring methodologies

·         Web server and Web application server administration (Websphere, Tomcat, IIS, Apache)

·         Integration Tools monitoring and scheduling (Connect-IT)

·         HP SM tailoring (RAD (Rapid Application Development)

·         Knowledge on Document Engine and Web services

·         Expertise on web services

·         Sound knowledge on Integrations (Connect IT) with other tools (HP uCMDB, HP Asset Center, and HP Openview )

·         Must have worked RAD applications

·         Knowledge about global application operation concepts

·         Developed scripts to interface with external applications

·         Ability to visualize processes and workflows Data modeling

·         HPSM certification would be an asset

·         Able to produce quality documentation (specifications, test cases, test reports)

·         Excellent communication skills (English - Verbal and written)

·         Experience 7 - 12 Years

·         Industry Type IT Software, Software Services
