Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)
Knowledge of following subjects would be required:
Process modeling / diagramming
Understanding of System Development life cycle (SDLC)
The candidate needs to possess the following skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Visio 2010 and the following features:
Creation of custom templates and stencils
Adding custom data fields to shapes
XML structures for Visio .vdx files (must be familiar with elements and attributes that make up the Visio object model)
Knowledge of Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) for basic validations and interaction with the user
Strong and effective inter-personal and communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with all team members.
Fluency in English, both verbal and written
Minimum of five years' industry experience of software development
Experience in analyzing information, software algorithm design, software design, software debugging, software development fundamentals, software documentation, and software testing
Demonstrated experience translating business needs and requests into functioning software
Ability to meet deadlines, work within project timeframes, and to quickly adapt to changing business needs

Planning & organizing skills
