Testers with experience testing custom developed HTML, XML, Java J2EE applications
1. Develop test approaches
2. Analyze requirements
3. Identify Test Scenarios, Conditions, and data requirements
4. Develop test plans
5. Work with developers/DBAs Identify and request/create test data
6. Automate routine scripts using Selenium or QTP.
7. Experience operating in an Agile development environment
