Title: Corporate Actions SR. Lead Business Analyst
Contract Duration: 1-2 years
Location: Jersey City, New Jersey

interview process: Phone interview followed by in-person, if local, or Skype interview.

 

Minimum Requirements:

Requirements:

1. Strong communication skills, written and verbal
2. Strong relationship management and negotiating skills
3. Experience with Corporate Actions processing in brokerage or asset management
4. Knowledge of Business Analysis documentation (Process Flows, System Context Diagrams, Use Cases)
5. System Analysis experience (some technical skills are a plus)
6. Demonstrated leadership skills on large, complex programs ($10M+ budget, 40+ team members)
7. Experience with business process redesign
8. Experience in back office processing (ref data, accounting, settlement, etc..)
9. Experience replatforming legacy systems
10. Experience with Agile methodologies

Corporate Actions SR. Delivery Lead/Lead Business Analyst

 

Main duties and responsibilities:

Work with business, SMEs and operations managers to replatform and enhance the current corporate action systems in a major US brokerage firm. Needs to scope, define and functional design next generation processing system to increase operational efficiency and reduce errors. The candidate will work closely with business, SMEs and technology teams to build consensus on the scope and release strategy.
