2. Server/Application Rationalization
3. Demonstrates repeated rigor for Process and Structure
4. Change Management Experience
5. Specialist in Data/Server/Application migration
6. Minimum 10 yrs experience in this capacity
7. Only one position requiring this particular skillset
General Requirements for all candidates:
1. Must have min. of 8 yrs PM experience to 15-25 yrs
2. Must have demonstrable career progression i.e.
a. Career begins with business analysis, business processes experience
b. Junior or Assistant Project Manager
c. Project Manager
3. Steady career progression after reaching Project Manager level as a PM
a. Demonstrating increasing level of:
i. Responsibility
ii. Projects
iii. Rigor to Process
4. Passionate about Project Management
5. Hands on PM
6. Consultative
a. Brings additional value to the role, not just a contractor
7. Excellent communication skills
8. Professionalism
