•Can plan technology business analysis activities

•Can conduct, document and confirm elicitation outcomes

•Can uncover needs that clients would not be able to articulate on their own

•Can identify requirements to ensure end-to-end service performance from the end-user's perspective

•Can organize, prioritize, analyze and verify requirements

•Can influence client decision making to optimize requirement prioritization

•Can drive consensus for desired future state that meets business objectives

•Can engage and educate developers on business context of solution

•Can manage traceability from concept through deployed solution validation

•Can guide and manage interactions with technology vendors

•Can act as a mentor/coach to other technology business analysts

•Minimum of 8 years in a technology business analyst role

Preferred

•Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) designation

•Financial services/banking experience

•Experience with infrastructure and communication networks
