Role: Hardware Semiconductor Test Engineer
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: 6 to 12+ months (extendable)
Expr Required: 5-7 Years
Type : Individual contributor
Industry / Domain: Semiconductor Test Engineering
Qualifying candidate will be working on the Advantest / Verigy V93000 platform for SoC (System on Chip) / SiP (System in Package) and high-speed memory market.
Key role will be testing program development and program conversion and off-loading to customer.
•DIB / PIB design
•A sound understanding of analog / digital / mixed-signal / SoC testing concepts
•A high-level of familiarity of the V93000 platform
•C++ coding on test methods development
Highly desirable:
RF test concepts
