Position: Junior Java Architect

Location: Stevens Point, Wisconsin

Duration: 12+ months

Rate: $60-65/hr C2C (not Negotiable)

We look for a solid understanding of object-oriented programming and software development principles.

This includes a good grasp of object-oriented design patterns as well as the SOLID principles.

Additionally, sometimes a technology decisions comes down to a personal or organization preference.

Required Skills:

Java/J2EE

TSQL, Sql Server, Relational Databases

Tomcat & JBoss

XML, SOAP, WSDL, Web Services, JAX-WS, Messaging

Object-oriented design principles

HTML, Javascript, Jquery, JSP, Struts2, Sitemesh, CSS

Object/relational mapping – Hibernate

Guidewire (Policy Center) is plus

Insurance knowledge
