Position: Project Manager

Location: Bloomington, IL

Duration: 12 months

·        Manages, coordinates, facilitates, researches, develops, tests, monitors, and implements assigned projects , tasks and associated cost estimates using project management discipline and adhering to defined industry standards

·        Work with appropriate management to assemble project teams with the necessary expertise and skills for each project

·        Act as an advocate and spokesperson for department vision, goals, and objectives on projects and programs

·        Builds and maintains appropriate relationships with internal/external business partners and vendors

·        Understands Client business model, goals and objectives, as well as customer needs.

·        Estimates work efforts, allocates resources appropriately and establishes the project plan to execute the business side work Manages risks, issues, and dependencies and any impact they may have on the project plan -

·        Includes the communication and escalation as necessary

·        Manages change in scope through change management process

·        Provides regular status updates to the program sponsors

·        Work with Client Program Manager to develop, update and monitor migration timelines and critical path deliverables

·        Coordinate development and implementation of initiatives to ensure alignment of overall Migration & Stabilization
