Job Title: Java Support / Weblogic Admin

Job Description and skill set:
Provide Tier 2 application and platform support. Responsibilities include resolving production issues that do not require code or capability changes. This comprises of:
· Quick resolution of Sev1 and Sev2 issues, supporting outage bridges and providing analysis and business impact.
· Resolution or escalation of unresolved Tier 1 issues
· Performing change request and configuration management activities
· Ensuring maximum uptime through proactive monitoring
· Assisting in performance tuning
· Application validation post releases
Candidates should be familiar with incident management, problem management, and change management functions, possess strong troubleshooting skills to identify resolutions or workarounds, have experience using service management tools (ITSM/Remedy, ServiceNow, etc.), demonstrate solid communications skills, and have the ability to coordinate work across multiple support tiers / teams.
